We are not licensed insurance adjusters, attorneys, or insurance agents. Our services are based on industry knowledge and experience, not legal or regulated advice. While we work hands-on with claims, all actions are taken in partnership with you as the responsible party.

3. Working Together

To get the best results, we rely on our clients to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Review and approve communications or files before they're submitted
- Stay aware of their own insurance policy requirements and deadlines


We'll always do our best to support you, but we can't be responsible for delays or outcomes outside of our control - like insurer decisions or missing information.

Everything you share with us stays private. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you ask us to or it's legally required.

5. Fees and Billing

Before we begin, we'll always explain our fees clearly - whether it's a flat rate, project-based, or custom arrangement. If a formal agreement is needed for certain services, we'll provide one up front.

6. No Guarantees - But Full Commitment

Every claim is different. We can't promise specific outcomes, but we do commit to giving every case our full effort, attention, and care - just like we've done for dozens of clients across the industry.

7. Limiting Liability

We're here to help, not to create risk. That said, INSURA Claims Consulting isn't responsible for any losses or claim results caused by outside parties (like insurance companies), policy terms, or incomplete information.

8. Intellectual Property

Any tools, templates, or content we share with you are for your business use only. Please don't republish or distribute them without asking us first.

9. Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of our local jurisdiction. Any issues that arise will be handled professionally, respectfully, and according to those laws.
