Whether it’s challenging unfair deductions or pushing for subrogation recoveries, our goal is to maximize every dollar owed to your company.
Cancellation Policy
At INSURA Claims Consulting, we provide specialized consulting and support for trucking-related claims. Please review our booking terms before scheduling a session. 1. Scheduling Appointments All consultations must be booked in advance through our website or by email. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Sessions are subject to availability. 2. Group Training Sessions We offer group training sessions on claims management, cargo handling, liability disputes, and related topics. Group bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance and require a 50% deposit to secure the date. Custom topics or formats may be arranged upon request. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Individual sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Group sessions require 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full fee being charged. 4. No-Shows Clients who miss appointments without notice will be marked as no-shows. This may result in the full session fee being charged and limitations on future bookings. 5. Payment Policy Some services require full or partial prepayment to confirm. We accept credit/debit cards, Payoneer, and company account transfers. Invoices are available upon request. 6. Time Zone All appointment times are listed in Central Standard Time (CST). Please adjust for your local time zone if booking from outside the U.S. 7. Communication and Follow-Up Following a session, clients may receive summaries, documentation, or follow-up material as relevant. Extended support or in-depth reports may require additional service arrangements. 8. Legal Disclaimer INSURA Claims Consulting is not a licensed insurance adjuster or law firm. Clients are responsible for regulatory compliance and may need to consult licensed professionals where legally required.
